Issaquah Singers, formed in 1976, sings without charge at two senior living centers about every six weeks on Saturdays during the school year and at occasional civic and special events. In June an annual free concert for the community is presented.
Uplifting and inspirational popular music, primarily from the 1930's, 1940's and 1950's, is the mainstay of our concerts. A sing-along is always included. Choir members range in age from the 20's to the 80's. All participants, including the director and accompanist, volunteer their talents to the efforts of the choir.
